I booked with one of the big rental companies who ended up letting us down. We we’re stranded in London and needed to get to Wales (tourists from Canada). Called Flex Drive and they had us in a fantastic car in an hour. Outstanding customer service!

Excellent service. Helped me arrange a last minute van for the weekend. Went out of their way to arrange a Luton Van. Would've been stuck if they could not facilitate for me. Extremely helpful staff, and Harris (the owner) personally helped me out after seeing I was in difficulty. Could not recommend them enough!

Whole process from booking, collection and return went very smooth. The vehicles drove very well. I was even given an upgrade on collection which was very appreciated. Definitely would recommend!
